My journey with macro continues. I am really enjoying macro photography so I think a dedicated macro lens is definitely on my wish list. I have started playing around with Picasa a little to see if and how I can improve some of my photos, so some of the images here are cropped for what I hope is a better composition. That’s about the extent of it for now as I have only just started with it.
I have also downloaded the latest version of GIMP as it is supposed to be very good. Best of all it’s free. The only disadvantage is the steep learning curve so I’ll see how it goes. We have recently moved off the property and closer to the city so I’m looking forward to some field trips to continue learning.
